Business challenge

Rapidly growing company that needed to get their EH&S systems and programs up and running in a short period of time. A full range of consulting services, including on-site hazardous waste management, EH&S training, industrial hygiene, and occupational toxicology were required to be implemented.

Our solution

For over a 5-year period, Affygility Solutions provided an experienced environmental, health and safety specialist on a part-time basis to perform a wide range of on-site EH&S consulting services. These on-site EH&S services included:

• Routine EH&S inspections
• Written program development and periodic reviews
• New-hire and periodic safety training
• Hazardous, biohazardous, and radioactive waste management services
• Periodic radiation swipe surveys
• Coordination of medical surveillance
• Respiratory protection training and fit-testing
• Industrial hygiene monitoring

Affygility Solutions provided additional support with an ABIH Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), and a Ph.D. toxicologist on an as-needed basis to provide more advance support.
