Crinecerfont is a corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) type 1 receptor antagonist used as adjunctive treatment to glucocorticoid replacement requirements in adults and pediatric patients 4 years old and older with classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH). Crinecerfont free base is the S-enantiomer with an enantiomeric excess of at least 99.7%.
