Iberdomide (CC-220) is an oral cereblon-modulating protein degrader (CELMoD) used with daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj and dexamethasone to treat previously treated multiple myeloma. This indication is approved in the United States under accelerated approval based on minimal residual disease (MRD)-negative complete response (CR) at any time.
