Infigratinib is an orally bioavailable pan inhibitor of human fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFRs) with potential antiangiogenic and antineoplastic activities. Infigratinib is indicated for the treatment of previously treated, unresectable locally advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma in adults with a fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2) fusion or another rearrangement as detected by a Food and Drug Administration (FDA)- approved test.
