Repotrectinib is a next-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) specifically designed to address resistance in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), specifically due to mutations in the ROS proto-oncogene 1 (ROS1) gene. It is also indicated in patients 12 years of age and older with neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) gene fusionpositive solid tumors which are locally advanced, metastatic, or where surgical resection is likely to result in severe morbidity, and who have experienced disease progression following treatment or have no satisfactory alternative.
