Participants are advised that information contained in these presentations is not a substitute for professional judgment and experience based on organization specific conditions. The attendee and/or attendee’s organization are solely responsible for their decisions, including those that may arise in whole or in part from the attendee’s use of or reliance upon information contained in any webinar. Affygility Solutions, LLC and the presenters disclaim all responsibility for any use made of such information.
Unless otherwise specified, registration for a live webinar entitles an individual to one phone connection and one online connection to a webinar presentation per paid registration. Affygility Solutions’ live webinars are intended for individual professional development. Multiple participants at one facility are not permitted to attend a webinar presentation offered through Affygility Solutions without prior written permission from Affygility Solutions, LLC. Group training is not permitted unless agreed to in writing prior to the conduct of the webinar. By registering for an Affygility Solutions’ webinar, the attendee agrees to restrict viewing of its webinar content (either live or recorded) to only those who have paid a registration fee. In addition, the attendee agrees that Affygility Solutions may invoice their organization for any unpaid attendees not reported to Affygility Solutions. Affygility Solutions does offer significant discounts for 5 or more attendees from the same organization. Please contact Affygility Solutions for additional details.
Affygility Solutions’ recorded webinars are intended for individual professional development. Unless otherwise specified, registration for a recorded webinar entitles an individual access to a presentation of a previously recorded webinar. Group training is not permitted unless agreed to in writing prior to viewing of the recorded webinar.
Cancellations made seven business days prior to a webinar are entitled to a full refund, less a 15% administration charge. Cancellations must be done so in writing or email to dcalhoun@affygility.com. Registrants who do not attend the webinar and have not cancelled will still be charged the full amount.
If you are unable to attend a webinar event, please contact Affygility Solutions, LLC at 303-884-3028 or email dcalhoun@affygility.com and we may be able to schedule you on another date or allow you access to a recorded version of the webinar.
Affygility Solutions reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any webinar without notice for any reason, including insufficient pre-registration. In the event that Affygility Solutions cancels or withdraws a webinar, unapplied registration fees will be refunded.
All webinar materials, including those presented electronically and those included in handouts, are Affygility Solutions copyright and neither whole nor any part may be reproduced in any form, distributed or used for any purpose.
Except as specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions, Attendees are prohibited from downloading, storing, reproducing, transmitting, displaying, copying or distributing webinar materials. All access to and use of the webinar materials via any automated software agents, means, including screen capture not provided as part of the webinar is prohibited.
Attendees of an Affygility Solutions’ live or recorded webinar may only use the webinar materials at their respective organization for internal purposes related to environmental, health and safety compliance and occupational safety. Any other use requires the express written consent of Affygility Solutions, LLC. The webinar and webinar materials are only available for use by organizations developing or managing environmental, health and safety compliance and occupational safety programs internal to their organizations. Parties in the business of providing environmental, health and safety services or consulting to external organizations are prohibited from participating in the webinar or using any webinar materials without the expressed written consent of Affygility Solutions, LLC. Affygility Solutions reserves the right to deny participation in any webinar without reason.
Continuing education unit (CEU) or certification maintenance (CM) points will only be awarded to those individuals who have registered and paid for the webinar. Continuing education units or certification points will only be awarded to those individuals who have successfully completed the multiple question tests accompanying each webinar. In order to receive a certificate of completion and the associated CEU or CM points, completion of the test must be performed within 30 days of the completion of the webinar.
No failure or omission by Affygility Solutions, LLC to exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in these Terms and Conditions will not be taken to a formal waiver of Affygility Solutions rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to Affygility Solutions.
Affygility Solutions will not sell your registration details to third parties. Affygility Solutions may, from time to time, use your registration details to notify you of other Webinars or services available from Affygility Solutions. You may opt out of these communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in each communication.
